BERKEL SLICERS – EUROPE
The Berkel slicer was firstly produced only in Holland, its home country. Later, thanks to ist success, many other factories were opened in Europe. For example, in Denmark (1905), Sweden, Belgium and Switzerland (1909). But also in Norway, Germany and France (1911).
Between the 1920s and 1930s, new Berkel factories were also set up in Austria, Czechoslovakia, Italy (1924), Spain and Portugal (1939).
La Bottega del Restauro sales many models of the historical Berkel slicers, coming from other factories all over Europe.
All collectible models, restored and manufactured in a certified manner are supplied; the pedestal can be requested separately.
