DESCRIZIONE
Berkel B3, the flywheel slicer ideal also for intensive slicing, is a professional vintage machine for domestic use. The design of a vintage machine, still built in an artisanal way, makes the history of Berkel slicers, the slicers par excellence, live again in the homes of the most passionate people.
In the kitchen as in the living room, it finds its place as an elegant piece of furniture, respecting all the canons of Berkel tradition.
The new B3 is available in both standard red and black versions, and features the classic style of the old slicers. Among the accessories, the pedestal and the flowered flywheel, born to exalt the preciousness. Please note that some details may differ from those shown in the photo.
The B3 flywheel features a 100cr6 steel blade, with a diameter of 30 cm and a circular cutting capacity of 19 cm. It allows for a maximum slice thickness of 0 to 2 mm. The concave shape of the blade caresses the product at the cutting point only, avoiding alterations in taste and aroma.
The B3 flywheel slicers all have a built-in sharpener, which allows the blade to be properly sharpened. Positioning is done manually, simply by lifting and rotating the sharpener. There is only one position that always guarantees the perfect inclination for optimum sharpening.
The locking and unlocking system of the double-column pusher ensures a perfect hold of the product on the grinding plate.
The B3 flywheel is equipped with a protective device that covers the blade, in order to guarantee maximum safety requirements, both during use and when cleaning the machine.
The machine has a tray for collecting the waste produced while slicing. This is an additional feature that makes it easier for the user to keep the machine clean and hygienic.
The B3 flywheel slicers are equipped with an anodised aluminium plate to guarantee hardness and resistance over time.
