WHO WE ARE
In the land of the great tradition of cold cuts, La Bottega del Restauro was born thanks to the great passion of daddy Icilio: the love for the restoration of antique slicers has passed from father to son, with the setting of a small artisan reality in the heart of Parma. With more than 22 years of experience behind us, today we deal in a certified manner with the repair and sale of antique slicers with flywheel, Berkel brand, collector’s items of priceless historical and artistic value.

20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY
After having admired my father for years in his continuous research, I also discovered the love for Berkel. So on the 14th of February 2000, “La Bottega del Restauro” was born, as a small but important family business.

We only deal with certified Berkel slicers and scales. Since 2002, we have been working directly with the Berkel company, so to guarantee an official certificate of quality and authenticity on restored Berkel slicers.
