The <strong>upper carriage<\/strong>, almost completely made of <strong>stainless steel<\/strong> in the contact side with the product to be cut, slides through a large pin, and has the <strong>feed screw<\/strong> underneath the carriage driven by the classic slice <strong>adjustment &#8220;clock&#8221;<\/strong>, in aluminium and bakelite.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>upper clamp<\/strong> is <strong>&#8220;open arm&#8221;<\/strong> type, and has <strong>two small columns<\/strong> at the back side. All this is driven by a solid flywheel with a <strong>slightly conical shape<\/strong> without any inscription.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>shoulder<\/strong>, which is also rounded and resized, contains the <strong>sharpener<\/strong>, which for the first time, is not visible during the machine operation.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>blade<\/strong> is 370 in diameter.<\/p>\n<p>For its <strong>mechanical
