This model is also dedicated to <strong>bacon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At first sight, the <strong>historical model 31-32-33<\/strong> has nothing to do with its ancestors: the machine&#8217;s <strong>casing<\/strong> has a <strong>rounded shape<\/strong>, in step with the fashions of the times, all the <strong>mechanical movements<\/strong> are covered by casings, as the connecting rods inside the casing itself.<\/p>\n<p>For the parts in contact with the product to be cut, the <strong>upper carriage<\/strong> is almost completely in <strong>stainless steel<\/strong>; it slides through a <strong>large pin<\/strong>; the feed screw underneath the carriage is driven by a slice adjuster on the left side: that&#8217;a real novelty in white <strong>plastic material<\/strong>. Here <strong>14 different <\/strong>adjustment <strong>thickness<\/strong> can be installed.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>upper clamp<\/strong> is <strong>&#8220;closed arm&#8221;<\/strong> type, with the <strong>two columns<\/strong> located on the blade side, one opposite the other. A <strong>solid flywheel<\/strong> drive the complete structure<\/p>\n<p>Its <strong>rounded and resize<\/strong> <strong>shoulder<\/strong> accomodates the <strong>sharpener<\/strong>, which for the first time is not visible during the functionning.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>blade<\/strong> has a diameter of 370 mm.
